July 3rd, 2008   KFMB (760AM), San Diego, CA AM/FM National Sales Manager   KFMB is searching for a National Sales Manager to represent the KFMB Radio Stations, 760 AM and 100.7 JACK FM. We are looking for candidates with 3-5 years previous radio sales experience. Previous sales management experience preferred but not required. Duties and responsibilities include the training of the sales teams at the national offices of McGavren Guild in product knowledge and packaging & pricing. Position will interface with media buyers at top national agencies as well as the national representatives on a daily basis. Some travel is required, including monthly trips to the Los Angeles market. Candidates must possess excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
